Wait! Wait. What is the EYE IN THE SKY Project, you ask?

The image of the eye in the sky above is not mine. As many of you are aware, I had the Welcome to the New World Order Dream in December of 2005. At that time we scoured the internet looking for confirmations. We found one other, another dream posted in the prophecy forum of America Online. It was by a girl named Michelle who had a similar dream she titled "The New World Order Dream" which also specifically acknolwedged a giant metal eyeball in the sky watching everyone.

Besides this, to this day I have found no other information available on this phenomenon. I have been writing about it for years crawling over search engines looking for images, anything that would help me communicate this message. There has been very little out there. However, suddenly we find this: THE EYE IN THE SKY PROJECT.

If you click on the link below it will lead you to their blog which is promoted by AUDACITY PRODUCTIONS or other. Hmmm, interesting. It appears to me that they are collecting material loosely based on the issue of a giant eyeball in the sky that hovers over a city one summer for seven days and then disappears. They say they want to use the idea for a radio drama. Sounds like war of the worlds.

My question is, why would they want to do a radio drama about a giant eyeball hovering the sky in the summer over a city for seven days and then disappearing? They want people to send in their ideas, everything from diary entries, dreams, photos, short stories, whatever.

Please, somebody tell me this is not a coincidence? Is this some kind of preparatory conditioning? What's really going on? I need your input on this one guys. Thanks!

When I had the dream Welcome to the New World Order, what impressed me the most to the point of sheer terror was the mechanical eyeball in the sky. I had the dream in 2005. Since that time I have received repeated confirmation that the technology involved is called consciousness enhanced technology. The ability to make machines conscious and aware. The interesting thing about the eyeball in the sky was, however, not only was it fully conscious it could READ MY MIND!

Pentagon Preps Soldier Telepathy Push

Forget the battlefield radios, the combat PDAs or even infantry hand signals. When the soldiers of the future want to communicate, they’ll read each other’s minds.

At least, that’s the hope of researchers at the Pentagon’s mad-science division Darpa. The agency’s budget for the next fiscal year includes $4 million to start up a program called Silent Talk. The goal is to “allow user-to-user communication on the battlefield without the use of vocalized speech through analysis of neural signals.” That’s on top of the $4 million the Army handed out last year to the University of California to investigate the potential for computer-mediated telepathy.

Before being vocalized, speech exists as word-specific neural signals in the mind. Darpa wants to develop technology that would detect these signals of “pre-speech,” analyze them, and then transmit the statement to an intended interlocutor. Darpa plans to use EEG to read the brain waves. It’s a technique they’re also testing in a project to devise mind-reading binoculars that alert soldiers to threats faster the conscious mind can process them. Read More Here

THE VOICE

For the past month I've been waking up during the night almost every night. This is highly unusual for me. Last night I was really tired because I have not been getting enough sleep. I was sleeping very soundly, deep in REM and dreaming, when a voice intruded into my dream.

It was definitely not a part of my dream. If you are like me and you have had many dreams, you can begin to recognize trends and patterns. You can also recognize certain qualities of dreams as well. I have had dreams where I heard a voice. This was not like that.

In my dream I was having a conversation with some ladies about mundane things and in the background very close to my head, if not in my head, I heard someone saying something. But I was still very much into my dream and my conversation and the voice did not register with me.

Then I distinctly heard someone say, can you hear me?

At this point in my dream, I begin to pull out as if I am waking up but instead I'm still asleep and I'm thinking I heard something. Then as if the voice was on a microphone extremely close to my head I hear someone say, HELLO~?!!! Like, you would say hello, wake up.

At that my heart made a big thud and I woke up fast. My first instinct was fear because the voice was so loud and close to my head, I thought someone had put a ladder up to my window because it was open and my head was right next to it. As I looked up I realized no one was there.

The first thing I thought of was that voice. Intuitively I knew someone just woke me up from my dream. I knew it was a test. I know many of you are going to leave this forum right now upon hearing this. But if you believe anything in the past I have said to you is true, if I told you consciousness enhanced technology exists four years ago based on my dreams, then please trust me when I tell you they are testing their equipment right now! Remember in June all TVs go digital. Telephones are next.

History Channel: Global Event on May 25, 2009

For those of you who have been following my blog and personal correspondences, you may be aware that I have been predicting that soon there will be a revelation that will shock the world to its core. Essentially I have sensed it will be information that reveals that many things we have believed would be a lie. I cannot say with certainty I know specifically what this information is but I can say that it contains certain knowledge of which I am aware and knowledge that I know would discourage the faith of many.

I do not want to be the person to reveal such knowledge and take on such a responsibility. I have already been faced with certain revelations because I have been called to do it and have been able to remain with my faith in tack.

Many will not be so fortunate. Could this global event be it or preparation for such an event? Could we be that close to such a globally ground shaking revelation? We that are watching and praying know how close we truly are. This could be it.

When the video speaks of Antichrist, in my opinion, it is speaking of a global power that is against the Spirit of Christ, which is, truth, love and sovereignty. The fact that these kinds of videos are being released at this time is very intriguing. According to the dreams I have had I believe a war with Iran is imminent. In a previous dream America was attacked by Iran. Due to the fact that droves of Americans sought refuge by driving north into Canada could also confirm a nuclear attack on America. However, I have also dreamed of a conventional war or attack on America initiated by, of all countries, Japan. The speaker in this video hopes that Russia will not get involved, but they will.

David Flynn writes in his book Temple at the Center of Time that he believes the Ark of the Covenant is located in a cave at Mount Nebo. According to this map, The Pope is literally standing on Mount Nebo, possibly with the Ark, facing Jerusalem and preparing to make his grand entrance.

What You May Not Know about the Santa Barbara Fire

In 2005 I reported that the ground temperatures at the Los Padres National Forest measured at over 500 degrees.

As of 2008, the ground temperatures at LPNF measured at over 800 degrees. See Ventura County Star article.

There is also a 3000 acre oil field located there!

At this moment over 30,000 have been evacuated. Is there a possibility this area could blow? I have found that the oil fields don't seem to be near the area effected at this time, however, could it be possible these Santa Barbara fires are also being created by extremely high ground temperatures?

It is my contention that this is what is causing global warming: UNDERWATER VOLCANIC ACTIVITY. Also, pay attention to NATURAL GAS LEAKS. This is the cause of rising CO2 levels.

Serious questions regarding this story. Where was everybody? Why was the gas line being worked on? Please share any info. Scientists found evidence of intense volcanic activity - including tremors, pools of lava and plumes of smoke - at two volcanoes near a major city in eastern Congo, and said some residents had fled for fear of an eruption.

The volcanoes in the central African nation could be about to erupt, threatening Goma, which has a population of more than half a million people, scientists said Thursday. They made their observations on visits to the two volcanic peaks of Nyiragongo and Nyamulagira.

"The eruption could be tomorrow, or the day after - or at any other time," said Dieudonne Wafula, the head of Goma's Volcanological Observatory.

The Nyiragongo crater is only 11 miles (18 kilometers) north of Lake Kivu, where Goma is located. Wafula estimates that 1.3 million people are threatened by the two volcanoes, including the residents of Goma, the villages surrounding it and the inhabitants of Gisenyi, located across the Rwandan border.

"The villagers living near Nyiragongo have already left their villages after they saw the volcano shake today. They thought it was already erupting," Wafula said.

He said government agencies and Red Cross workers were making preparations, although the country's infrastructure has been destroyed by decades of civil war.

Nyiragongo is listed as one of the eight most dangerous volcanoes in the world and its lava can flow at up to 24 miles (40 kilometers) per hour, according to Wafula. Source

Her words really spoke to me for her testimony confirms many of my dreams and visions combined including checkpoints on state highways. She also confirms my dreams where I said in order to buy food you will need to have ID. She calls it a voucher. What I saw was the absence of a cash or credit exchange for food. The exchange was permission to buy verified by identification.

Martial Law in America

As many of you know, I am convinced we will see Martial Law in America soon.

Many of the dreams and visions I had warning us are beginning to come to fruition on a large scale beginning in 2008-2009. The type of events I am witnessing in the mainstream media, executive orders and military actions, gives evidence that we could very well see Martial Law in America before the year is out. My sense is that we may see it by next summer.

Timing

What I have learned is that nothing is etched in stone. As the human psyche changes, events change. This is why we are witnessing a rush forward in events leading to the End of America & Its Constitution, the End of the U.S. Dollar, in attempt to move forward expeditiously with the New World Order, which is a one world Government & Economy along with the Death of Individualism leading to human slavery. If people do not change the way they think on a global scale, global slavery is next aka GLOBALISM.

For those of you concerned with individual freedoms and human rights. Please watch the following videos. The next six months we should especially be on Alert for Martial Law. Everything is almost in place and the Swine Flu Scare is helping to put maneuvers in place for the roundup of U.S. Citizens against their will, as well as, ENFORCED VACCINATIONS (Kool-Aid).

This is a mural I did after my New World Order Vision of 2006. NOTICE THE MEDIC VAN. The details of the dream can be read in my blog at www.starrgerl.bravejournal.com. However, after studying the Department of Defense document on Pandemic today, I began having flashes of the NWO vision.

The DOD states that people who are quarantined during a pandemic can be isolated on military bases. The NWO vision took place on a military base. Then I had a flash of the military paramedic who immobilized me by striking me in the throat with one swift blow and then threw me in the medic vehicle you see in the painting. I then heard a loud penetrating voice say Welcome to the New World Order. Another dream I had details me within a facility being forced to take an injection.

How telling this painting really can be. Could this swine flu be a prelude to enforced vaccination and quarantines? If this is not it, I truly believe it is forthcoming. All the signs are here.

I dreamed that I was walking in some kind of perhaps military base. There were many tall buildings. Something told me if I look up I will see UFOs. I looked up and I saw a chemtrail and I knew if I followed it I would see a UFO. As I passed some buildings I could see UFOs positioned on top of the roofs. Then I saw some machinery sitting in the sky. Just hovering or positioned there weightlessly. I don't know what kind of machines they were. They didn't look like anything I have ever seen. (It just came to me that these machines were satellites. They sat in the sky the same way they do in space.)

Except for one machine that looked like a giant mechanical EYE! It seemed to have a lens that could focus. And everytime I would look at it, it would turn toward me and zoom in. This happened a couple of times until I was positive it was watching me and could READ MY THOUGHTS. I knew I was in trouble. There were a group of seemingly civilian people walking near me but the eye was focussed on me. Those people seemed to be unconscious or unaware of anything, they were almost robotic but definitely human. As if their minds were blank or absent of consciousness or awareness. They were walking in formation following military BEINGS.

I also saw troops or brigades of black clad military beings. I say beings because there was something non-human about them. They wore black helmets that may have covered their entire head so you could not see their faces. And for some reason I believe I remember the helmets being elongated kinda like the Alien creature in the Alien movie but they weren't that big (See Sunny's Dream). They were marching in troops in different areas of this base.

I went down some stairs, unusually wide concrete stair casing that appeared to lead to some kind of medical facility. As soon as I went into the door a military type of paramedic grabbed me as if they were expecting me. I knew someway the EYE had communicated with them and they were being controlled by the EYE. The paramedic dragged me to another military paramedic standing by who lightly, all I can describe it as a karate type of chop to my throat. I instantly loss my breath and began to slide backward but I didn't faint. Then they tossed me into the back of a paramedic military style truck or patty wagon. There was a window facing the cab where the driver would be and I fell toward the window. I could see my reflection in the window that I was crying and my eyes were squinched up. And I could hear a voice say Welcome to the New World Order.

Believe it or not, I was totally unfamiliar with the karate chop to the neck that immobilized and wanted to verify if what I saw was real and I found this article as well as many others. Next I am going to check on the mechanical eye.

My Thoughts About Swine Flu

As many of you know, I have been posting quite a bit about the Swine Flu. I try to keep everybody informed of information as I come across it but I do not always have time to post much commentary. My concern with swine flu, martial law, checkpoints etc., all have to do with my concern for the protection of our civil liberties.

As most of you would agree, we are watching the end of the U.S. Constitution. I post all the information that I do in this blog to document mainstream evidence that our civil liberties are under constant threat by these types of issues.

I am not afraid of getting the flu, what concerns me is the authorities forcing me and those I care about to do anything against our will. I have had many dreams about martial law, enforced vaccinations, civil war and the New World Order. I am slowly but surely begin to watch the beginning of these realities set the stage to be played out in real time right before our eyes.

CNN is overplaying the whole swine flu agenda, in what appears to be an attempt to create a sense of hyper-fear over the issue. That is not my intention. I just want everyone to see the build up to what I am convinced will eventually be enforced vaccinations and martial law.

Container of swine virus explodes on Swiss train

ZURICH (Reuters) - A container of flu virus samples packed in dry ice exploded on a Swiss train, injuring one person but posing no other risks to humans, police said on Tuesday.

The box held vials of swine flu virus, although a different strain than the H1N1 variety that has caused about 150 deaths in Mexico and infected people in the United States, Canada, Spain and Britain.

A technician was transporting the container on Monday night to the Swiss national flu centre in Geneva, where scientists are developing a flu test for humans, police said.

One woman was hurt when the box exploded in reaction to the dry ice used to keep the samples cold.

After consulting virus specialists, the police decided to stop the St. Gallen to Geneva train before it entered the station in Lausanne.

The virus specialists confirmed that the samples being transported posed no risks to humans, police said.

I looked up in the sky and I saw two gigantic UFOs that covered our entire neighborhood. They looked like highly technological sea creatures. They were in the form of a Manta Ray (stingray) but they appeared ethereal like Jellyfish. You could see through them. Inside they had brilliant and colorful lights, but the overall color of them were orange. They hovered over the area and gave off a low humming vibrational sound. What struck me about them most is they were breathing. They were alive!

Was this just a dream or was this a glimpse of the future? I went on to see extraterrestrials who communicated telepathically. I saw them close up and viewed all their features. They had the ability to read minds and inhabit human bodies. The entire scene struck horror within me and my immediate response was, pray to God.

ROME, April 6 (Reuters) - An Italian scientist predicted a major earthquake around L'Aquila weeks before disaster struck the city on Monday, killing dozens of people, but was reported to authorities for spreading panic among the population.

The first tremors in the region were felt in mid-January and continued at regular intervals, creating mounting alarm in the medieval city, about 100 km (60 miles) east of Rome.

Vans with loudspeakers had driven around the town a month ago telling locals to evacuate their houses after seismologist Gioacchino Giuliani predicted a large quake was on the way, prompting the mayor's anger.

Giuliani, who based his forecast on concentrations of radon gas around seismically active areas, was reported to police for "spreading alarm" and was forced to remove his findings from the Internet.

Italy's Civil Protection agency held a meeting of the Major Risks Committee, grouping scientists charged with assessing such risks, in L'Aquila on March 31 to reassure the townspeople.

"The tremors being felt by the population are part of a typical sequence ... (which is) absolutely normal in a seismic area like the one around L'Aquila," the civil protection agency said in a statement on the eve of that meeting.

"It is useful to underline that it is not in any way possible to predict an earthquake," it said, adding that the agency saw no reason for alarm but was nonetheless effecting "continuous monitoring and attention".

As the media asked questions about the authorities' alleged failure to safeguard the population ahead of the quake, the head of the National Geophysics Institute dismissed Giuliani's predictions.

"Every time there is an earthquake there are people who claim to have predicted it," he said. "As far as I know nobody predicted this earthquake with precision. It is not possible to predict earthquakes."

Enzo Boschi said the real problem for Italy was a long-standing failure to take proper precautions despite a history of tragic quakes.

"We have earthquakes but then we forget and do nothing. It's not in our culture to take precautions or build in an appropriate way in areas where there could be strong earthquakes," he said.

Preparedness Now

This weekend my daughter told me she had a dream about a big earthquake. I told her that I also had a dream of a devastating earthquake. Then she told me that she heard on the news there could be a big quake before the end of the month. I told her that was very likely as many major quakes tend to happen between the 27th and 31st of the month. I woke up early this morning to a small quake but I have not been able to confirm its magnitude. I've been thinking about earthquakes all morning. Are you prepared? We are prepared for a major disaster here but we need to go over our emergency plan. Just food for thought.
